When you purchase a PureSmile treatment or product we require that you have read, understood and agreed to all PureSmile terms and conditions.
Cosmetic Treatments Terms & Conditions
~ Cancellation policy of 48 hours applies; we reserve the right to retain a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. This cost is paid to the clinic as the clinic allocated a time slot for the appointment.
~ If you fail to attend your appointment the full cost of treatment will be forfeited
~ Treatments purchased online are not transferable to other individuals or clinics
~ We cannot and do not guarantee that all of our treatments and products may necessarily be suitable for you, and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients, ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if any of the treatments or products are right for you
~ Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law
~ Not recommended for pregnant, breastfeeding women or children under the age of 16 years
~ Not effective on crowns, bridges, fillings or veneers.
~ Do not use if periodontal disease or other medical conditions exist in the mouth.
~ Do not use if you have a history of allergic reactions to peroxide products.
~ I acknowledge that I am purchasing a self-administered Teeth Whitening Kit that is designed to whiten the colour of my teeth. As a part of the purchase, I am asking for assistance in the use of my teeth whitening kit, and I understand that I will be allowed to use a specially designed LED Lamp in order to accelerate the whitening process. Although most natural teeth can benefit from a teeth whitening treatment, I understand that everyone’s teeth are different and that results will vary.
CAUTIONS AND DISCLAIMER agreeing to this consent form frees all distributors, manufacturers, and affiliates from all liability associated with the use of this formulation or system or additional use of any light source.
Temporary side effects of tooth sensitivity or mild tissue irritation may occur but are usually transient and may last for a day or two. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I indicate that I am eligible as per the criteria listed above, that I have read and fully understand this entire document and that I am performing this treatment under my own responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
Please select carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges on any of our products listed on https://www.puresmile.com.au/shop or on any 3rd party site. PureSmile will only offer clients a refund if we deem items to be faulty but not if the damage is caused by the customer. An email to [email protected] must be made within 48 hours of the product/s being delivered. If deemed faulty by PureSmile the customer must return the product/s within 7 days of delivery.
PureSmile does not hold any responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Valid at PureSmile locations that are currently available in our booking form and are listed on www.puresmile.com.au/book-
- Not to be used with any other offer.
- May be redeemed Monday – Sunday and includes late night Thursdays depending on each location’s availability.
- The Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost.
- Booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- The Gift Cards must be redeemed via www.puresmile.com.au/book-now or 1300858199.
- Valid for one use only.
- Not redeemable for cash or any other offer.
- The Gifts Cards are valid for three years from the Date of Issue. After the Gift Card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined.

PureSmile reserves the right to make changes to our website and pricing at any time without notice or consequence. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published.
